RETURNS OF UNWANTED ITEMS-
WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS YOU CAN RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM BY GOING TO YOUR PURCHASE HISTORY ON EBAY, ‘MORE ACTIONS’, ‘RETURN ITEM’, AND SELECTING ‘CHANGED MIND’. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL ACCESSORIES AND PACKAGING. ANY MISSING PARTS OR DEFECTS CAUSED BY NEGLECT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
AFTER 30 DAYS-
AFTER THE FIRST 30 DAYS UP TO 364 DAYS. THE 364 DAYS Warranty IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH EBAY BUT DIRECTLY WITH ME, THE SELLER. IT IS ONLY FOR UK AND IRELAND CUSTOMERS. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY POSTAGE TO SEND THE ITEM FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS BUT THE RETURN POSTAGE WILL BE COVERED BY THE SELLER. PARTS AND LABOUR WILL BE COVERED UNDER THE 364 DAYS WARRANTY. THE SELLER IS PERMITTED 2 REPAIR ATTEMPTS FOR THE SAME FAULT BEFORE A REFUND/REPLACEMENT IS DUE. IN THE EVENT THAT A REPAIR IS NOT POSSIBLE, IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. A REPLACEMENT MAY BE OFFERED.
PACKAGING
I use Parcel Force and postage is free. I choose to use Parcel Force because I have found other couriers to be cheaper but less reliable. Parcel Force will deliver to your address and in the event your not available a neighbour or the local Post Office for you to collect. A tracking number will be uploaded to your orders on dispatch where from you can track on Parcel Forces website for an exact time slot of delivery. Dispatch will be the day after purchase on a 24 hour service, (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). This means any purchases on the weekend will dispatch Tuesday at the latest. I will always try to get things out sooner, if I can. If you have specific requirements, please ask?
